Personal information we collect -
When you visit our Sanga Collection website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser and IP (internet protocol) address. As you browse the website, information about the individual web pages or products that you view is gathered, as well as what websites or search terms that referred you to the site.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Once you purchase a product from our online store, you consent to giving us your personal information to use for a specific reason.
The Order Information that we collect from you includes your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the online store (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Sharing your personal information –
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store.
Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only for the time that is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Please remember that certain providers may originate in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So, if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
As an example, if you are located in Norway and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
