Returns & Exchanges – Within South Africa
If you are not satisfied with your purchase upon receiving your order, you are more than welcome to return and exchange the item for something else. Returns & exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order. Please call or email us to begin the process. We ask that you provide your order number and reasons for returning the product.
Any items being exchanged will be levied with a return delivery charge and must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in. We advise that you insure the returned product when couriering it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. All returns should be packaged carefully in their original box, then once we receive the item it will be checked. No returns or exchanges will be granted on products that show signs of wear and tear or have been damaged. Approved returns will be exchanged, and your new item will then be dispatched.
Sanga Collection products are handmade from cowhides that have been hygienically tanned to international quality standards. They are natural a product, so any imperfections and scarring are a part of the beauty. We do our best to photograph any of these blemishes so visually the customer may view them online. However, if you are still not satisfied then we will accept your decision to return and exchange the product.
Refunds – Within South Africa
If you would like a refund on a purchased product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order so we may begin the process. We ask that you provide your order number and reasons for requesting a refund.
Any items being refunded will be levied with a return delivery charge and must be sent back in the same condition that they were received in. We advise that you insure the returned product when couriering it to avoid any unforeseen circumstances. All intended refunds should be packaged carefully in their original box, then once we receive the item it will be checked. No refunds will be granted on products that show signs of wear and tear or have been damaged. Approved returns will be refunded, and the amount will be credited into your bank account.
Returns – Outside of South Africa (International Orders)
Due to the geographical factors involved in international orders, we advise that you choose correctly when purchasing our products. Please refer to our Sizing Comparisons and Chart to check your corresponding shoe size and see our measuring guide for more instruction.
The return shipping costs for product returns and exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer unless the incorrect order was shipped by us.
